yes you could find anything you need down in argentina< mardelplata is a big beachtown ,the size of san diego probably ,and whit a huge variety of waves ,the best season is even spring or fall ,the winter is good but water goes to the lows 60' ,

Pinamar got waves but the best place to surf and be is mar del plata. Theres plenty waves to choose
