Surf Travel for May/June/July

Hi guys, I just started surfing in Manly around February and I am currently stayin in Byron Bay until middle of May. I'm riding a shortboard already and surf pretty well at this point.

I'm just wondering where I should go after May because its starting to get a bit cold here, I know its not really cold, but starting to get chilly. I know if I go north to Noosa it would be slightly warmer, but it's still going to be chilly at the end of May.

So I was wondering what the best place to go surf. I dont mind going to another country, and I've been contemplating going to Maldives then India, then catch some surf in Europe over the summer where it will be warm.

Note, I dont want crazy big waves or barrels, I want to keep it chill and nothing dangerous since I'm still a beginner

Don't bother going anywhere in Australia. Too expensive for what you get ... just a waste of money. Go to Indo or more specifically South Sumatra.
