Water Temp in Western Australia

« on: February 01 2006 10:02:00 »

I'm coming to WA in two weeks, or the middle of February.  What's the water temp like and what kind of wet suit will I need to bring?

I was in OZ september of 2000 water was a bit chilly but that is their winter.  I live in Rhode Island so I was fine in a shorty, but everone had fullsuits.  The locals in Margaret River a cool, plenty of waves, be careful it can get HUGE!!!!
