June Surf (1st timer Ozzy)« on: May 28 2008 01:05:00 »
Taking a June cruise throughout Brisbane, Gold, and Sunshine coasts. Where to go? Coming from a very fun 2nd half winter and alright 1st half south season in Hawaii. Want to Score some serious waves for myself, and some not so serious waves for the girlfriend. What size boards should I be bringing as well?

June is a great time to be a surfer on the east coast. You'll want a thruster for sure. No surf in Bris if your at the Gold Coast and want world class waves stick around snapper or currumbin. South straddie is a great place as well. Sunshine coast is my favorite spot, but you'll have to find out for yourself ha ha
