Anyone heard of these before? Shark Deterrent Bands

« on: September 25 2010 14:09:00 »

Hello Forum,

I apologize if this is seen as Spam but i wanted to share a new product that recently has hit the market,  it a Neoprene band  that emits an artificially induced magnetic field that interferes with the “ “Ampullae of Lorenzini” that Sharks and Sting Rays have. When a Shark approaches the Magnetic filed produced by the Shark Shocker, it becomes disoriented and is repelled and deterred from staying near this magnetic field.  Check out the website at http://www.thesharkshocker.com

Yes! However, whilst your hobnob marketing monkeys claim that they deter sharks, scientist maintain that your wrist bands (any wristbands) will attract gays ugayfuk

It seems Beverley Hamilton had a watch on the arm what got attacked and I saw a photo of her having some thing shiny on the arm left while surfing.
