Julia , there is a lot of good places in the north of coast of Brazil , as Fernando de noronha , Itacare , Vila Velha and many others places if you want any more informations pls ask , but the south as Rio or Florianopolis , Maresias , Ubatuba is very good also .

Hey Julia!! in the north coast of this huge country,, you can stay at Itacare- Bahia,,but if you find this waves too crowded you can check the south,,guarda do Embau SC is an magic spot,,,,had to check it out.>>>any further information contact me.

Any of you guys down south know a good place I can stay this weekend that will have a board rental and good proximity to some waves? I travel to brazil for work and i'm finally taking a few extra days to enjoy sta catarina...the guys I work with all talk about Praia do Rosa? I'm also an american girl traveling solo...i'll be heading from P Alegre, probably thursday-ish...
