yes, but the water quality is questionable, the break is extremely wind sensitive, and the reef extremely shallow. it's not the most inviting of places, but if you're game...

If you walk around the point youll find some half descent right action on a calm marnin! (south east swell works best)

its not a bad wave i surfed it last september on a good glassy sweet it was good but you have to watch out for the rocks and the stong current
