Living and teaching ESL in Pichilemu

I am moving to Chile in Jan. 08 and I want to live some place where I can surf often, and still find work.  It seems that Pichilemu has great surf.  (I dont mind the cold since I am from Alaska/Washington state and mostly surf cold water)

1.  Are there schools or universities in the town where I can find employment?

2.  What can be said about Pichilemu aside from the surf?  Is it a nice town?  Are there things to do there?  How far to the mountains/wilderness?

3.  Any other towns one might recommend that are scenic, chill, near good surf, and teaching jobs?
