surfing Nuqui/bahia solano

Hello
I want to surf the pacific coast during dec
I have 2 questions
1. I'm intermediate level, and can handle also more advanced spots, but not experts.
will I still have good quality breaks for my level around there?
2. what are my chances to find other surfers there to share boat to get to the breaks? I understood most breaks need a boat to reach.
are there surf guides there to show me around for reasonable prices?
thanks for any info.
there isn't much on the internet...
