i am an australian travelling solo and am landing in cartagena on feb22. for a month. planning on surfing all the carribean side has to offer. anyone willing to join me is more than welcome, all you need is a board and the desire..asta luego
ps: if anybody has a place or can recommend somewhere to stay, that would be great. mi casa su casa.

your in for a treat. great people. Cartegena is a nice place to dance barranquilla has great surf within 10 minutes of the city. Tyrone and Santa Marta are beautiful with great surf. Don't judge the surf until you've been around for a few days. It's the Western Caribb. Always warm and can really go off. Very safe. More dangerous in LA and Miami. have fun...Pradomar is always a realiable spot.

Hey Denis. I'll be down around the coast at that exact same time. We're going to be surfing out of B'quilla, but plan on making it to Cartagena around the 26th of Feb. There is decent surf there, but the winds really need to be cranking for anything to work. Which at this time of the year is more-often-than-not the case.
