Winter spots in Costa Rica« on: July 27 2012 23:07:00 »
Hi, I'm headed to Costa Rica at the end of November/beginning of December. I might be splitting my time between Jaco and Tamarindo. Anyone have any suggestions on where to surf that time of year? Will the waves be decent compared to SoCal? Thanks!

Costa Rica is still fun in November and early December. Check the www.crsurfcam.com for a great photo blog of Playa Hermosa, just south of Jaco Beach. You could even look back at the historicals and see how the waves have been in November / December in the past. Playa Hermosa is an awesome chill surfer town just located far enough away from Jaco. Check it out.
