Central Coast in July?

« on: February 09 2014 04:02:00 »

Hey everyone,

We are traveling to CR this June/July and staying for one month. We want to rent an apartment very close to the beach and surf the days away. We want to be sure that we pick a beach that is going to give us good waves.

We both have quite a bit of experience with surfing. We want to ride beginner to intermediate waves.

Right now, we have our eye on Nosara or Santa Teresa. I am looking for some confirmation that either of these would be a good choice or a recommendation for one over the other. Any information, I'd really appreciate it.

Cheers,

Alli

Waves are usually pretty FUN in July and Hermosa is good for experienced surfers --Located south of Jaco Beach -- good vibe, lots of rentals and great waves.  Plus within an hour - you can access breaks in either direction -- good choice.  Check out www.surfinnhermosa@yahoo.com -- Christina can help you get set up even if you don't stay there ......
