There are tons of board shops in Jaco and you can probably find decent prices although they are not dirt cheap. They have hundreds of great new and used boards though. Good luck.

My friend owns a surf shop in Tmarindo and it is a great place. They rent and sell and set up surf trips. They also take photos. It's called Matos Films...owner is Marcello. Enjoy.

Banana Surf Shop is the place in Tamarindo,i rented a board from them,almost brand new boards for rent all top brands, they have over 250 surfboards for rent and sale,they know the area and the surfer needs,good luck!!! surfs up!
