2 buddies and I went to witch’s rock surf camp last December. Thumbs up. Good instructors and a max of 3 people per instructor. We flew into LIR and used WRSC airport shuttle. We also used their recommended hotels – please note that they now have their own ‘hotel’.
I am considering a second visit this thanksgiving.

check out azul surf camp in santa teresa. much more chill than tamarindo. small groups so the focus is on surfing. an unbelievably beautiful place.

I was at Banana Surf Club and i had a great time, good quality boards owned by surfers, great atmophere and not that corporate than others, two tumbs up!
