Hi! I can recommend School of the World in Jaco. Really nice place, good surf teachers, and one of the cheaper surf schools I found when searching the web. Good luck and enjoy your stay!

I was at Costa Rica Surf Club, they pick me up every morning with a guide and we were looking for good waves every day till around 2pm, accommodation, breakfast, all time equipment and transportation. they can set up lessons if you want, ask for Diego

check out Tortuga Surf School in Jaco. i spent two weeks with them last spring and highly recommend them. they are super fun and nice guys, but also very professional. they know everything about the area and will do day trips to nearby breaks if there are no waves in jaco. i would recommend setting up like a week long stay with them, you will have a lot of fun and be riding waves for sure.
