Hey global surfers,
I am currently thinking about making a move to Costa Rica when I graduate in May. I would like to teach there but am not to familiar with how that situation works. From my understanding I would need a TEFL cert. I am not sure if that s necessary? Secondly curious as to job placement? (Got to be near some good surf) If anyone has ever done anything like this in Costa Rica or anywhere in Central America, I would appreciate some help. Thanks

If you're not Tico/Tica then don't bother trying.  They won't allow you to teach...
