Costa Rica in September?

Hi all,
First timer looking to go to CR in September but I am hearing conflicting reports about conditions. Is this just a bad time to go? I am hearing about bad debris in the ocean and crocs as well. Thoughts?

RE: Costa Rica in September?

Hola Joel
I live here in Manuel Antonio Costa Rica. The Surf and weather at that time of year September to Dec. can be very rainy and the rivers do flush out so yes debris and Crocs do get in the line up. The surf really isn't that good either. My suggestion is try  getting here from June to August. unless you want to come for financial reasons in Sept. it can be very cheap some places half price like ours for example.
