surfing cabrete with the onshore winds

Hi. we are planning a trip in jan and feb. I've been checking the surf, and it looks really windy. is there anyplace to surf when its blowing 20mph? what should i expect when we arrive? is it going to be onshore slop?

Surf early mornings, the wind only really starts at around 1 in the afternoon, and is lighter in winter anyway
