im trying to plan a surf trip for four in early june. does anyone have any suggestions as to where or what the surf is like? we would prefer a secluded area, not necessarily a party town or anything, just a chillin time. !gracias por su tiempo!

also what airport should we fly into- santo domingo? if so how do we ge tot cabarete from there? train? bus? thanks

The best airport is Puerto Plata, about 20 minutes away, Santiago and Santo Domingo are also an option, but a couple of hours away by taxi.
Every morning there's surf transfers from Ali's to the surfspots.

Have you stayed at Ali's ? Need a place to go for a small bachelor party in November. Not looking for luxury, just a decent place to make basecamp etc with decent surf, not all guys in group good surfers, some longboarders...Looks easier and less crowded than Prico ? Places to go out at night ?
