might be able to stay somewhere in that area for cheap..but i hear the winds are relitivly shitty around there...are there any nooks and crannies near by which the wind is offhshore of has some blockage? maybe encuerto (not sure how to spell it)..thanks

The wind is normally pretty good in Cabarete. At Bozo sometimes the wind is coming over the hotel at the point and then the wind can be gusty. At Kitebeach and Encuentro the wind is great and most of the time very stable. Kitebeach has more crowds, Encuentro is more quiet. We live near Encuentro, so if you need any info, just send me an e-mail.
