looking for accommodation in quiet area« on: March 11 2009 17:03:00 »
We are a small group of beginner/intermediate surfers wanting to stay for 3 months from June in a quiet spot in El Salvador.
Can anyone please recommend the best area for beginner/intermediate waves away from the crowded areas of La Libertad?
Also if you have any recommendations for accommodation or have a house for a good price, we are 4 quiet respectful people, very much appreciated thank you.

I grew up surfing in El Salvador and go every year. El tunco is okay, but not the best..crow and you can easily surf all surf spots in a week in El Salvador, but my top accomodation spots and surf order are.
west coast K59, Zonte, Punta Roca and sunzal (tunco) East Coast: Las flores and Punta mango.
I'm good friend with the owners of k59surftours and other surf resorts, K59 is a very exclusive (private) affordable place to stay right on the surf break.I can even get you a big discount 15%+ in this placess.
you'll love k59, than move on to punta roca surf resort and move your way up to the east side of the country. contact me for more information. frisel at elsalvador dot com.

I would like to invite you to stay at my beach house in Atami. We get a lot of Surfers and tourist from the USA and Canada. It is newly built and we are expanding more rooms this year. It features rooms with A/C, cable tv, and internet. There are Various spacious social areas, wet-bar, jacuzzi, and a pool. It is the perfect place to relax or enjoy some surfing =) and the beach house is surrounded by rain forest gardens and gated for complete privacy.
