How to travel with your own surfboard?« on: April 06 2016 00:04:00 »
A lot of surfers face the problem of bringing their own surfboards, because it's either expensive to check it in with airline company or the dimensions are too big.
Luckily I found a solution.
I used ShipItWise to ship my board from my doorstep to my destination hotel. They picked it up unpacked, did all the packaging and delivered it hassle-free for me.
Although right now they work only inside Europe, but hopefully soon they'll be able to cover more areas outside EU.
Do you usually travel with your own board or rent one?
