Surfing research, to help mental health sessions

I am doing some research for my dissertation which involves the motivations of surfers. This in turn is to help understand how surfing can be used to help mental health and why. If anyone could help me out and answer my questionnaire it would be amazing! Questions will only be surfing based, on experience and motivation. This survey is for any UK surfer,  and doesn't matter if you have a history of mental health issues or not.

Many thanks,

Lucy
