hello, I recently got back from surfing newquay.
Had a great time caught good waves.
My question is that I will in England this coming January 05 and Well basically seeing that I am from Costa rica I am not to sure what kind of a wetsuit I will need for the winter, So if anyone can help as far as a guide to what I should be looking at, you know gloves, hoodie, bootie.
Help is greatly appreciated!

it is ice cold! Heres how to get an idea: fill your bath half-way using cold water. Now fill the tup three quarters with ice. THen get in! U get the picture. U will definatly need gloves and boots. A good 5 mil winter suit. i needed this set up last easter so i reckon you will need hoodie.

Be sure to bring all the essential cold water survival equipment, hood ,boots, gloves and even a 1mm rib skin.Jan_Mar is the coldest season with howling winds very prominent through out, chill factors are down to penguin temperatures, water usually hovers in the below double figures range. But it's great, big consistent swells and no tourist.Except from Costa Rico..........
