Batiluva Beach Resort« on: October 26 2004 14:10:00 »
Hello. We are travelling to Fiji in November and were wondering if anyone has stayed at Batiluva
Beach Resort? We are hoping to surf daily but don't really want to pay the big resort prices or vacation in that atmosphere. We're looking for somewhere small and relaxed with a nice beach and accessible surfing. Any suggestions?
Thanks so much!

Great place, great surf, great food. Dan and Sharon are good people who have done the hard yards in Fiji. This is the best set-up for couples wanting clean, comfortable and good value accommodation with access to one of the Sth Pacific's most consistent waves.

Batiluva is the place to be for Frigates. Sharon's cooking is epic, really, ridiculously good. I've been around Fiji a bunch and for such a low-key resort, a place you're as likely as not to have to yourself, it's the best and, at the risk of being redundant, the food is off the charts. It's the hook up for surfing Frigates, closest so easiest to get there early.
