« Reply #1 on: May 25 2005 08:05:00 »The best surf is up of nadi. You could go back up there by car - 1 hour then a boat trip out to the best waves in the world.
There are some good waves done on the coast off hideaway but the good ones are near nadi. Your resort will have it all sorted when you get there so dont worry too much about pre planning.

« Reply #8 on: March 11 2008 11:03:00 »Hey adam,sweet im from NZ just me and the mrs,fortunate enough to leave the kids with their grandparents,yeah the guy ian muller who is in charge of the tours is a ledgend in fiji looks after all the surf labels when they travel there,desperations,wilkes,and i think frigates most of the breaks in fiji are owned buy resorts close by to the break,stupid aye, but money makes the world go round,he said $85 per person max 6 so should be sweet for you and your mate but drop us a line when youn arrive cheers

i will be going to Fiji and staying around the Coral Coast but am willing to travel around a bit to get some good waves, so who is the best contacts for a boat trip to the reefs?? and where should i Stay.
I am there for a wedding at Shangri-la resort but then i want to surf every chance i have?? would love some help? and what places to stay and surf? Cheers.
