We go to Namotu Island fiji every year. Its a great location, awesome service, and you wil always have surf. The problem with going some place like Beachcomber or Musket Cove or anywhere on the mainland is you won't find much surf. When You go to Tavarua or Namotu there are reserved waves for you. Namotu has Namotu Lefts, Rights(swimming pools) and Loveshack if you are crazy enogh. Tavarua has Resturants (very perfect) and Cloudbreak. Wilkes Pass is an open wave to anyone. If you go to beachcomber you will be restricted to surfing wilkes. Although its mostly a great wave, it gets shallow on the inside, and breaks in inconsistent spots. So if you are looking to surf, stay at a resort where they have surf, not one where you will have to hire surf fiji everytime you want to go out.
