Family holiday where I can surf, and kids can do Kids Club

I am looking to stay in Fiji in July, and am looking to stay somewhere family orientated. Preferablly, somewhere I can have a surf, and also somewhere where my 3 young kids can enjoy kids club as well. Is Plantation Island the best, or is there other similar islands

RE: Family holiday where I can surf, and kids can do Kids Club

Hi Paul,

I just stayed at Plantation Island. There were surf trips every day to Wilkes Passage, and on Saturday, Cloud Break is open to the public. Plantation sounds perfect for you, as there is a kids club....
The food is not great, but kids eat for free on most package deals. My kids were too young to take advantage of this, (1 and 3) so we didn't really benefit from the kids eating for free as they ate nothing, and as a result we found the food expensive and average. 89 Fiji Dollars was the per adult  price for breakfast lunch and dinner. www.xe.com will give you what that's worth in today's dollars, roughly $55, with kids being free on this.....

I stayed at the Rydges Hideaway resort and found it good value for money. It has a kids club and everything else you would expect of a flashy resort plus the wave out the front is not bad at all. I also arranged to go down to Waidroka and went out to Frigates etc. with the other surfers staying at the resort. I had a great time and scored the best waves of my life!
