some info on tripping/surfing in france. we're planning to drive from ireland to southwest french coast, maybe get to the supreme sick basque country, any tips or recomended campsites with waves would be much appriciated.

hey, i go every year from ireland to france on the over night ferry from roslare to cherbourg and drive down the west coast.One of the best campsites ive stayed at was one not far from la rochelle, called Bonne anse plage and its pretty close to some really good surfing spots .

heyyy, I'm lookin to spend the summer in la rochelle, how far is it to get to a good surfing spot from there?
