The best surf spots in a short space of time

« on: May 30 2006 12:05:00 »

Can anyone help??!
I'm about to go on a surf trip down the west coast of France and into northern Spain. I've only got a few weeks before I have to be in southern Spain (and absolutely no waves...) and I want to try and find the best spots on the way down. I've looked on all the maps on this site but am on a short time scale so I'd love it someone could narrow it down to, the spots I really shouldn't miss.         I'm an OK(ish) surfer, but going with some real beginners so nothing to huge!
Thanks guys.

Nice spots for you to go to are St. Girons plage, Messanges, Vieux Boucau, moliets etc... I visited these spots last september and had some really nice surf. It takes a 10 min drive to go from one town to another....
