Tidal Bore surfing in Bordeaux

I plan to surf the tidal bore near Bordeaux in late August or September.  If you dont know what this is (I didnt until recently when I witnessed one near Mt St Michel) then a brief explanation: when the tide comes into some estruaries the water compresses and forms sometimes a ridable wave that goes upriver sometimes several kilometes in some locations (Pocoroca Brazil). I anyone interested in taking a trip or has some info on board rentals and lodging let me know.
