surfing France in winter?

Do people surf in France in October thru January?  Water temp good, or surf conditions?

hi,yes we do, water temp around 10-12° in the "golf de gascogne" eventually big swells you have to check for well oriented spots because of wind, when you go to north temp can tend to 5-6° in normandy, anyway there is still surfing..sorry for faults, bye.
