Surfing Normandy

Gonna be there in June-July. I'm a member of the glide (longboarder) here in Florida. Looking to do my first surf session in France! What's the sweet spot to hit in the Normandy area? Anyone what to give up a secret?? :) What wetsuit am I going to need to pack? 4/3? 3/2? Booties?

RE: Surfing Normandy

The far north of france where you're heading doesn't pick up much swell in summer so there's a good chance its going to be flat...

I've been all along that coast and seen some great pics of quality waves but later on in the yr and through winter. check out the European Stormrider guide for breaks.

A 3/2 springsuit is plenty warm enough - no boot or gloves req.
