Im gonna be in france biarritz in feburary for 2 weeks and would like to get some info about the swell size, water temp, accomodation and boards.

Same answer as your question for Mundaka.
Accomodation easy to find and cheap as it's really the low season.
Swell can be big but unless unlucky you would get a few days with sunshine and mellow waves;
Boards depend if you want to buy or rent.
