Trip to Quicksilver Pro France 2011« on: August 23 2011 09:08:00 »
I'm from Romania, and i want to be present this year at the Quicksilver pro contest in France. Even if i don't really know yet how to get at the exact location, i wanna ask you guys if you know some places i can stay ( like cheap hotels, motels, camping)? Do you know also what how can i get from Paris to Bourdeaux (again the cheapest method)?
Are you guys going to be at the event?

From Paris to Bordeaux or even closer Biarritz it's probably best to take a train.
I think the competition will be held at Hossegor, as this is where it's been for the last years. Hossegor has plenty a good amount of campsites close to the surf spots.

Did this tour this morning with Rick. He was a fantastic guide and teach Ed. His instructions for the Segway were very clear and as a result I felt very safe whilst using it. It was great fun to ride, although would recommend rugging u p as much as possible as the breeze was very cool. Rick gave a great commentary on the sights we stopped at and also some good tips on things to do and places to eat at whilst in Paris. Overall the company was very friendly and knowledgable and a fantastic first experience in Paris. We highly suggest www.privatetoursinistanbul.com
