surfing france...Help

My girlfriend surprised me with a 10-day trip to Paris for my B-day.  I'm sure paris will be great but I'd like to check out the coast and paddle out.  (she won't understand but hey...its my birthday)  I need suggestions where to go, water temp. conditions in general. I won't have my boards so I'll have to rent.  Can anyone help me out with some info  I'm there Nov 4 thru 11th.

RE: surfing france...Help

ca depend mec! tu veux faire des km ou pas trop mais te peler les couilles. as toi de voir.
If you want to have freeze on your balls so go to britany but if you are matived for good waves, go to south with the temp water at 18°C and a good wind
