Costa Rica Tips??

I am going to Costa Rica on the 26th and staying for a week. However, I only now the beaches and spots from the net. Anyone with good suggestion on where to stay etc..
Going by myself by-the-way, anyone with the same plan?

Perhaps you have already left or maybe you meant the 26th of Sept??  If you are really into surfing or really into learning to surf, Jaco and Hermosa Beach (there are several Hemosa Beach's .. the one near Jaco) is a great place.  My daughter took lessons from Jim Hogan ... one time longboard champ and just can't say enough about how good his camp is.  Good luck .. the waves are daily there.
