i can confidently skate, i've skimboarded alot, can pull a few tricks and i've recently tried surfing. i could stand up a few times but i wasn't great. i want to buy my first board and im 6 foot. im thinkin of getting a 6 foot 7 inch shortboard to start on. what do you think? some people have told me to buy an over 7 foot mini mal as its easier to learn on. but i am a fast learner and maybe a 6' 7 " would do me.

RE: Beginner

hello sk8ter, having a board is deffinitely a good idea, 6'5 to 7 with constant practice and right wave it can help you out. The good thing is that we started practicing using  a longboard and now for 2 to 3 ft. of wave we can use our 6'8 boards. At the same time we make boards made of lokal materials from Cebu and Manila, if you are interested pls let us know.
