One of the best places is the small vilage of Baleal - Portugal.
Here you will find at least 5 different surf spots within a walking distance.... this place is packed with surfcamps so night life is very good with a mix of locals and many traveling surfers !
I own a Surf House right at the entrance of the vilage (and very close to the surf spots) !
