Surfing Oz

I've been surfing for a few years and I'm ok, but I've got the chance to come to oz for six months from April and do nothing but surf. I feel like it's my chance to really improve, but need to consistant area that's got some nice shaped waves, not too busy, and not too sharky. Any suggestions anyone?
