My wife & I have been researching Central American real estate for a couple of years now due to several of our Florida friends & relatives buying in Costa Rica, Panama, and Mexico. I thought I had hit on a real sleeper in the many positive changes taking place in Nicaragua, however, after seeing the Dateline piece & reading all the other stories about the Eric Volz case, we have reconsidered. I won't ever give Nicaragua a chance to get my business. I only hope lots of other investor/expats consider the same. Free Eric Volz.
