Deciding to Move From England - Surfers From ALL over Help !

I've decided to leave the dull country of england and the lame city of London. Over the last months i decided the hustle and bustle of London really isnt for me neither is the weather or the people. I've lived here for 7-8 years now but i cant stay here anylonger and i want to move somewhere a island? near a coast? just somewhere with beutiful waters - fun people and a relaxed life.
I also want to pick up surfing. So all that in mind any suggestions where to move to. All suggestions are welcomel; just tell me what it has to offer?

RE: Deciding to Move From England - Surfers From ALL over Help !

You will move to New England in New Hampshire in 1 and a half  and take your first surfing lesson the year after, In 1012, you will be the East Coast champion and join the tour and dominate the circuits.  But a year later you die in a horrible Bungy jumping misshap....... You may want to reconsider leaving London.
