I wore the "Duke" Surf Goggles (Kurtis USA) in Hawaii this season and they saved my eyes. Optical clarity and fit was great. They flex on impact and float.
Worked killer on the glare as they are fully polarized.

Good luck with the Docs.
Oakley Jackets suck! They sank like a rock in Indo. Also hard and uncomfortable before I lost them to the sea gods.
Trip still kicked ass, but if you don't have shades you will have migrains from the sun. Brutal on the eyes!

Tried Oakleys and Kurtis goggles but didn;t like either - especially for how expensive they both are. Oakleys are too hard and Kurtis ones fog and the foam pieces look cheap like they could peel off.

I could see Tom with his nose plug, and his poolcap along with his ear plugs in goggles, wearing 82 Jams and a Vuarnet Tshirt with his Morey Boogie Board. Listening to the old NorthShore movie soundtrack from 1985. What a sight.

Gotta go with the Dukes made by Kurtis. Comfortable, polarized and bend like your mamma in her hey day.
The only ones that have worked for me cause they stay on, float and are polarized.
Check em out at www.KurtisUSA.com - but use a coupon code

Don't know if you guys would be keen on them, but did wear a gath hat few years back with a pull down viser does help with glare and has its advantages in a super crowded line up when there are some proper kooks in the water.

Tried the Kaiser Bowls by Kurtis and like the wrap around fit and full coverage. A bit of style helps. No fog problems here, but if you are surfing suck up reef then gotta go with the Gath.

Goggles, just get yourself a pair of one peice sun glasses
(cos the lenses wont pop out of the frame), take the arms off, burn some holes in the side of them feed some shoe laces through the holes, attach some elastic to the shoelaces and another shoelace to go around your neck so u dont lose them, and your away. Less than $10 bucks. save your eyes. Even cheap glasses do the job.
