looking for surf in Ghana« on: March 06 2010 16:03:00 »
I just arrive in Ghana, and I stay here for 9 month. I live in Tema, but it doesn't look like a great surf spot.
I start this topic just to know a bit more about the spots around Accra and Tema.
Also I would like to meet other people that surf around here during the week end, so that we can go surfing together.
Hope to see you soon

I will be at the University of Ghana form late July through December. I would love to meet up with other surfers while I am there. I will be staying in Accra, but hope to travel about a bit as well. Is anyone on Facebook?

Hi Tristan, Hi everyone,
I leave around akosombo so can't surf during week, but I try to move as much as possible on week end to surf. Use to go to labadi on sunday just for fun or Tills when the swell is ok.
Tristan, do you have any plan for this week end. the swell from south west is not so big but might be nice on a good spot.Let me know if you are interested to join. cheers

I go to Ghana in Januari and i am looking for a good surf place. I never did it before so i also need classes. Does someone know a good teacher or agency?
It would be a great help, in travel guids there is not much to found.
