The Fall of The Hawaiian Monarchy« on: April 24 2012 16:04:00 »
First of all, I would like to start off by saying how much I love the Hawaiian Islands. I love everything about the land, culture, and traditions. It's obvious that Hawaiians are proud of their heritage, and I makes me genuinely sad to see their land taken away from them by wealthy, corporate haole. It seems to me, however one specific deadly sin on behalf of the Kings that ruled Hawaii was central to the fall of the monarchy: GREED. I feel that there were weak links in the monarchy chain that is ultimately responsible for where Hawaii is today. The overwhelming need for aquisition and consumption on both the haole and Hawaiian sides is what caused the Monarchy to crumble. In other words, greed won again. Will we ever learn?

It is individuals like yourself who have no clue what they are talking about that gives places like Hawaii a bad name. If you do not know Hawaii's TRUE history...then it may be beneficial for you to stay where you are.
