Buying or flying boards

« on: February 08 2013 18:02:00 »

What is the cost for a new 6'8" or 6'10" in San Juan Del Sur these days?  I know prices vary but are they much more than $400.00 in shipping?  After all I could just give the board to a kid when I leave right.  Mahalo for the info if can.

Yo I was in SJDS back in October. You can get a decent board for about $250-300. You can usually sell it back to someone last minute for about half price. So having said that maybe you can find a good board from someone leaving town. Go by Surf Nica Waves and ask for Luis. Tell him Rueben from Canada sent ya. Don't get pick pocketed at the bars.. Especially the Black Whale. Have fun!
