Safety for females travelling alone

Hi, Im from Aus...Im planning a trip for November/December to Maui, Kauai, Oahu and the Big Island (this year) and would appreciate local knowledge on places to avoid or practice caution for a female travelling alone.

Don't travel alone.  Don't do dumb stuff like accept rides from strangers.  Don't run with scissors.  Most people you will meet will be fine, but there are bad pineapples to watch out for.  (that's not a racial slur, just a pun)  Aloha.  You will love Maui.

Dont be dumb, jus be chill. Use ur head and ull be fine. At least on big island, dont know bout the other islands.
