Best spot for someone visiting hawaii to surf« on: November 13 2008 21:11:00 »
I live in San Diego and have been surfing for 4 years. This January I'm going to Waikiki for vacation and I'm wondering which places on the South Shore are good to go for an intermediate surfer. I'm looking for a place with good waves without heavy localism.

Good luck Rachel, i'm sure you'll find good waves but heavy localism in hawaii is unavoidable, even outside of hawaii they are still agressive, in indo and australia they think they're locals and own the lineup..
