The thing is that i´m goig to madras to visity sri. kalki bagahvan and amma in golden city. I dondt know if you heard about, I´m gonna be 21 days making a spiritual iniciation process.
After that I want to go surfing for like a week and then continuos my trip to noth india.
I was reading that the place you are local is close to chenai. And i was wondering if there i would find better waves there then in kovalam and varkala. What do you think is the best choice??
I did not find any information on the web site about your spot...
Send you a hug! And hope we seare good line ups toggether!

It's good to hear that ur coming to Chennai(Madras) we just live a short drive down from chennai in Pondicherry(Pondy) on the *(Auroville Beach) called "Repos". In Dec & Jan it's the best place to be if u want any swell, U should also try "Mamalapuram"(mahabalipuram) very close to chennai & Pondy it's with a beach temple just of the beach temple there is a perfect peelin' right, but now since the current is headin' south the right wont be workin' but if ur lucky u'll get some nice sucky tubin' lefts...

i'm an aussie surfer heading to chennai in august. tried posting another one but thought i'd make sure i get you. will be in chennai studying yoga for 6 months and looking to surf most weekends.
would be great to hook up for a surf.
also, i'll be fresh off a surfing trip in samoa. would consider bringing a second board from oz to use in Samoa and then sell to you (or anyone who wants it) if you're keen. can also bring some leggies, wax etc etc. let me know if you want anything.
boards over here are around $600.00 AUD (about $450.00 US).
Would like to make a bit of profit but not really the main reason for doing it. let me know if you want anything and i will look into it further. about to get a new board shaped cause i snapped mine so might be able to get a deal for 2.
