I may be in Bangladesh for a while this summer, and I'm looking to meet up with some surfers who wouldn't mind surfing some with an American. At least some direction as to where I might get a board or maybe general area for some good spots would be helpful. I can be reached by email at Subliminalboards@hotmail.com. It's not a definite voyage but i may be there a month or two in the summer. Thanks.

I have surfed in Cox's Bazar, sand reef and beach break. A terrible current the only hazzard.
There is a coral island called st. Matin Island. You get there by boat from Teknaf. I have seen some waves there in early March, but there should be great swell hitting the island during the monsune time April-June.
